Received an email some days ago from this 'JUGAS' association (now why haven't I heard of them before) about a pre-departure orientation lunch organised for the whole lot of scholars going to Japan from Singapore. It vaguely mentions another orientation that would be held for MEXT scholars by the embassy as well. According to this list, there are 9 of us holding various scholarships and there are 3 others within the 9 who are senshugakko scholars. The JUGAS peeps say it would be a time for us to unload our questions regarding living and studying in Japan.

Right, I'm having my reservations about this cos I am so totally not a scholar type of person. I just want to do animation that's it so... I'm gonna just be very discreet on the day itself. Will update on what happens.
